Celebrity Cruises Cancellation and Refund Policy

The following policies shall apply to any and all Celebrity Cruises cancellations. Cancellations must be made by your travel agent. Depending upon when the cruise is canceled, a cancellation charge may apply. Cancellation charges for groups may vary from those of individuals. We highly recommend Travel Insurance to protect yourself from penalties assessed for canceling due to medical reasons for yourself or family members.

Cancellations for 1 to 5 Night Cruises

Cancellations for 6 to 8 Night Cruises

Cancellations for 9 Night or Longer Cruises

19 days to day of sailing	100% of Total Fare (No Refund)

Cruisetours:
Guests who have booked a Cruisetour and who desire to switch to a different tour segment or cancel their tour while retaining the cruise may be subject to cancellations as described in the table below.

* For holiday sailings, written notification must be received at least 90 days prior to the sailing date for the cruise.

** 35 - 95 days for holiday sailings.

No refunds will be made in the event of a no-show or if the guest interrupts his or her cruise. All appropriate refunds will be made directly to your credit card if the payment was made by credit card or through your travel agent if paid by check.
