- Interstate 5 turns into Highway 99 at
the Canadian border.
- Drive north
on Highway 99 for approximately 30
minutes.
- Highway 99 turns into Oak
Street after the Oak Street
bridge.
- Follow Oak street north to
Park street.
- Turn left on Park
street and follow until Granville
street.
- Turn right on Granville
street.
- Follow Granville street
north and go over the Granville street
bridge.
- Take the Seymour street
exit.
- Follow Seymour street north
until Cordova street.
- Go to Heatley
street and turn left. Follow
Heatley street north.
- Go over the
overpass and Ballantyne is on the left.
From the East
- Take exit 26 (Hastings Street) off
Highway 1.
- Turn left on Hastings
Street and travel West.
- Turn right on
Heatley Street.
- Follow Heatley
Street North, go over overpass and
Ballantyne is on left.

Airport Transportation
Taxis are available from the Vancouver Airport to Ballantyne
Pier for approximately $20 pp (Canadian)
One way transfers from Seattle to Ballantyne Pier (or in
reverse) are available for approximately $41 for adults, $39 for Seniors, $23
for children age 5 - 12 years. Children under 5 are free. Prices subject

We
recommend that if you are booking your
flights to your cruise from
Vancouver, that you consider arriving a
day or two earlier in Vancouver or
Seattle so that you can take
advantage of the local attractions as
well as avoiding potential flight
delays, baggage collection and transfer
problems that could occur.
If you
arriving the same day as your cruise
departs, please schedule your flights to
arrive at these airports no later 2:00
pm on the day of departure from
Vancouver. If
this is not possible, then come in a day
prior. For
return flights, do not schedule any
flights departing earlier than 12:00
pm.
If you are arriving in Seattle for
your cruise departing from Vancouver, do
no arrive any later than 10:00 am.
With a 3.5 hour transfer from Seattle to
Vancouver, you should plan to budget
extra time for flight delays and
traffic. It is highly recommend
that you fly into Seattle the night
before your cruise. When your
cruise returns to Vancouver, you should
not have a flight departing Seattle any
earlier than 2:00 pm and the day of
return.
PARKING AT THE PORT OF VANCOUVER

For passengers' convenience short-term parking is provided on-site at Canada Place and short and long-term parking offsite for both Canada Place and
Ballantyne.

Canada Place has an on-site two level parkade housing 770 stalls operated by Citipark for short-term and long-term parking. For long-term parking, contact Citipark for details in advance of your arrival.

Off-Site Parking Facilities
Off-site short and long term parking is available for both Canada Place and Ballantyne terminals operated by
Cruisepark. For passengers arriving in Vancouver, a complimentary shuttle is provided to Canada Place and Ballantyne terminals from Cruisepark's lot. All Cruisepark customers are requested to go directly to Cruisepark's lot.
For passengers returning from their cruise, a complimentary shuttle bus is provided back to Cruisepark's lot from Canada Place or
Ballantyne.
