Description of ServicesAlaskaCruises.com provides users with the access to a rich collection of on-line resources, including, various information tools and product specific information provided by third parties. You understand and agree that the service is provided "as is" and that AlaskaCruises.com assumes no responsibility for the descriptions, availability or misquotations of offers and programs provided by the supplier or their agents. CRUISE & CRUISETOUR ONLINE QUOTE REQUESTSPricing and availability were accurate at the time the itineraries were posted on our websites. All rates shown do not include government taxes and fees, airfare, fuel surcharges, or transfers unless otherwise indicated. All cruise and cruisetour requests are submitted by email to our reservations department. Reservations agents will then contact the client by telephone or email with current availability and pricing of the itinerary. WMPH Vacations and AlaskaCruises.com responsible for changes of price or itinerary by cruise line, or any errors or omissions in the content of the itinerary or promotion. Any errors will be corrected or removed as it is brought to our attention. With certain cruises and cruisetours, a customer will be given the option to place a $50 deposit to hold a reservation in the event that a specific cruise on a specific date is available at the rate and room type promoted. The $50 deposit does not mean the cruise is booked, but indicates a serious interest to book if the cruise and rate are available. If the cruise and rate are available, the $50 will be charged to the client's credit card and WMPH Vacations and AlaskaCruises.com will contact the client to confirm that the cruise is available and held on their behalf. An additional deposit or final payment (depending on the sailing date) will be required by the cruise line if and when the client finalizes the reservation with a WMPH Vacations / AlaskaCruises.com agent. Once the additional deposit or final payment is confirmed, the cruise or cruisetour will be considered "booked" and the client may begin making additional travel arrangements. Again, the $50 deposit is not considered a booking - only a serious interest to book the cruise in the event it is available at the rates shown. All prices inclusive of port charges, government taxes, fees, fuel surcharges, airfare, transfers, and travel insurance will be presented to the customer prior to accepting final payment and approval from the customer.
