PLEASE CHECK ACCURACY OF PASSENGER NAMES
The spelling of each traveler's name on your invoice must match each traveler's passport. If a name is incorrect or misspelled, please contact us immediately. Titles, middle names, middle initials, and suffixes (Jr, MD, PhD, etc.) are not required. Service charges incurred by the cruise lines, airlines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, and/or car rental agencies (hereinto referred to as "Travel Providers") and WMPH Vacations for correcting misspelled or inaccurate names are the traveler's responsibility. Please complete your pre-travel registration forms on your Travel Provider's website immediately upon final payment.

PROPER IDENTIFICATION IS REQUIRED TO TRAVEL
Attention, U.S. Citizens, a passport is required for most travel outside the United States including cruises from US ports. Non-U.S. citizens, including green card holders and foreign nationals, must make sure they have passports and any visas that may be required of each country visited during your trip. Please contact the consulate or embassy representing the country of your citizenship for information about the entry requirements for each country on your itinerary. Please verify your identification prior to travel. It is the responsibility of all passengers to be aware of proper documentation, including visas, required for travel. Your cruise line or airline will deny boarding if you do not carry the proper documentation. WMPH Vacations is not responsible if you are denied boarding because you do not have proper identification and documentation to travel.

For more information regarding obtaining or renewing a passport, please visit: http://www.travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html

TRAVEL PROTECTION & TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE
All Travel Providers charge penalties for canceling your trip. We highly recommend you purchase Travel Insurance, which may be the only way to get a refund if you must cancel your trip for a covered reason. A price for Travel Insurance is included on your original invoice. You must purchase Travel Insurance within 7 days of booking to cover most pre-existing conditions. If you wish to decline Travel Insurance, you must do so in writing. If this invoice indicates the cost of travel insurance is not yet purchased, and you have not declined coverage in writing, WMPH Vacations will charge your credit card on file on, or within, seven (7) days of your final payment date. If this invoice indicates zero cost for travel insurance, you hereby agree to decline such coverage and will not hold WMPH Vacations responsible for any expenses due to but not limited to travel delays, medical evacuation, baggage loss, cancellations or other reasons covered or not covered by travel insurance. Travel Insurance is nonrefundable. Please consult your Travel Provider's website or brochure for details about their individual cancellation policies and penalties.

AIR POLICY DISCLAIMER AND CUSTOM AIR ARRANGEMENTS
If you reserved your airfare through a cruise line, your air carrier and flight schedule will be determined by the cruise line and will be available approximately 29 days prior to travel. Frequent flyer mileage programs, airline seat selection, and special requests are the sole responsibility of the traveler in accordance with airline policies. WMPH Vacations has no control over your flight arrangements and makes no guarantee nor assumes any responsibility for airline, seat assignments, scheduling, routing, or control over delays. If you have a specific flight request or preference, we strongly recommend you make a CUSTOM AIR REQUEST. For an additional air deviation charge, you can request specific airlines, schedules, routing, or other deviation from scheduled travel dates. When your custom air deviation request is confirmed, a $75 - $125 per person air deviation fee plus any airfare differential, if any, will be applied to your reservation. Once confirmed, these air deviation charges are non-refundable. Requests cannot be processed within 60 days of departure. Your cruise line may charge a penalty if you cancel your airfare after your initial deposit.

You acknowledge and understand that: (i) airlines can increase their prices at any time before tickets are issued and that WMPH Vacations has no control over issuance of tickets for tours; (2) airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, and other Suppliers have their own contracts covering cancellation penalties and other terms and conditions, and that you may be bound by those contracts regardless of whether you receive notice of their terms.

CANCELLATIONS, NAME CHANGES, AND PENALTIES
All Travel Providers assess penalties for cancelled reservations. Penalty amounts may vary by travel supplier, length of trip, and destination. The cancellation penalty amount increases as the travel date approaches. These penalties can be found on your Travel Provider's website and in their brochures. In addition to your Travel Provider's cancellation penalties, a fee of $50 per person will be charged to all cancelled reservations. This fee may be applied to a future trip booked by WMPH Vacations if reserved within twelve (12) months of the cancellation. Name changes and other revisions are subject to your Travel Provider's policies. A WMPH Vacations administrative fee will apply. Travel Protection and Trip Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended.

FINAL PAYMENTS & MERCHANT CHARGES
Final Payments must be made on or before the Final Payment Due Date as indicated by this invoice. Unless you provide specific written instruction stating otherwise, WMPH Vacations will charge your full outstanding balance, including travel insurance, to the credit card we have on file within seven (7) days of your Final Payment Due Date. This ensures that your Travel Provider receives your payment on time. Cancellations for lack of payment due to declined credit cards and/or returned checks are subject to the individual Travel Provider's cancellation penalties and are the responsibility of the passengers. Final Payments may be made online by clicking the "Make a Payment" link at the top of our websites, by telephone to our agency, or by check or money order payable to WMPH Vacations.

If WMPH Vacations is the merchant on your credit card transaction, you agree to the following: WMPH Vacations' services consist of facilitating the sale and paying the Suppliers. Once WMPH Vacations provides said services, you agree not to dispute the credit card charge. If a Supplier does not provide the service or ceases operations, your only recourse will be against the Supplier. If a Supplier goes bankrupt, your only recourse will be to file a claim with the Supplier's bankruptcy court.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Many Travel Providers now issue documents electronically ("E-Docs"). If applicable to your reservation, we will verify your "E-Docs" and forward them to the e-mail address we have on file for your reservation. Otherwise paper documents will be sent approximately 7 - 10 days prior to travel via first class mail. If you live outside the United States and "E-Docs" are not available, paper documents will be sent and additional, international shipping charges will apply. Any fees incurred for document corrections made after final payment shall be the responsibility of the passenger. Please verify accuracy of all names prior to your final payment.

DESCRIPTION OF FEE SCHEDULE
The following fees will be assessed if your booking is changed or cancelled after deposit. Cancellations: $50 per person; Air Deviations: $25 per person; Returned checks: $50 per check; Changes to Reservation: $25 per change per person; Reissue or Reroute documents: $25 per package. The fees listed above are in addition to any shipping charges or Travel Provider fees or penalties. Any WMPH Vacations cancellation fees may be applied to a future trip with WMPH Vacations as outlined previously.

CRUISE LINE UPDATES AND CHANGES
All Travel Providers reserve the right to amend their itineraries with or without notice. Please verify your itinerary with your Travel Provider website directly. Additionally, Travel Providers may increase government taxes and fees imposed by a government agency or add fuel surcharges even after you've booked and paid for your trip. These additional costs, if any, will be the responsibility of the traveler and will be added to your invoice or added to your onboard account by the Travel Provider.

RESPONSIBILITY
WMPH Vacations reserves the right to correct clerical errors on the invoice, including but not limited to taxes, government fees, airline, cruise charges, and miscellaneous costs any time up to commencement of travel. Any additional expenses incurred because of travel delays will be the responsibility of the passenger. We strongly recommend travel protection insurance to cover the cost of travel delay and trip interruption.

WMPH Vacations acts as a sales agent for any airline, hotel, car-rental company, tour operator, cruise line, or other service provider named in your itinerary ("Suppliers"). WMPH Vacations is not responsible for acts or omissions of the Suppliers or other parties not under WMPH Vacations' control (including personal injury or property damage), their failure to provide services or adhere to their own schedules, or their cessation of service or bankruptcy. You hereby release WMPH Vacations from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph.

WMPH Vacations has no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers,, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel. For information concerning possible dangers at destinations, WMPH Vacations recommends contacting the Travel Warnings Section of the U.S. State Department at (202) 647-5225 or www.travel.state.gov. You hereby release WMPH Vacations from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph. You agree that the courts in {county name} will be the exclusive jurisdiction for all claims brought by you or WMPH Vacations, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

WMPH Vacations shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, death, cost or delay arising from or in connection with the services and facilities provided by or any act of a supplier such as cruise line, airline, rail, hotel, tour, or any other transport operator, etc., whether or not such arrangements were made by WMPH Vacations.

Once again, for your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
