All cancellations must be in writing and received by Oceania Cruises no later than the day before cancellation penalties are to be assessed. Fare is defined as the full cost of any cruise or air component purchased from Oceania Cruises. Please refer to the full Terms and Conditions of the Guest Ticket/Contract for fees relating to the cancellation of optional facilities and services.
Government Taxes and Fees Non Refundable at 100% Penalty: On July 1 , 2024, a policy update went into effect where Oceania will no longer refund the bundled Government taxes and fees when a reservation is canceled at 100% penalty. This updated policy apply to all offices/currencies and apply to all new and existing bookings.
The following cancellation charges will be assessed for all written cancellations received up to the scheduled time of departure.

For Owner's, Vista and Oceania Suites, the cancellation amounts are as listed above with two exceptions: For cruises of less than 15 days, the administrative fee from 91 to 120 days prior to sailing is 10% of the Fare; and for cruises 15 days or longer, the administrative fee from 151 to 180 days prior to sailing is 10% of the Fare.
Cancellation policy for all pre/post cruise hotel and land packages, as well as overland tours, now starts at 90 days prior to departure. In addition, when a reservation is cancelled in the 100% penalty period, the bundled Government Taxes and Fees will not be refunded.
