		2014 CLIA Hall of Fame Members -- 'Outstanding Cruise Retailers' Uf Tukel and Don Walker, Co-Presidents and Founders of WMPH Vacations, were chosen as inductees into the 2014 Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) Hall of Fame, formally recognized as "Outstanding Cruise Retailers" for distinguishing themselves as a leader in cruise vacation sales and travel distribution. The CLIA Hall of Fame honors those individuals, past and present, whose efforts and accomplishments represent a significant contribution to, and a positive impact on, the cruise industry.

		Cruise Line International Association (CLIA) Cruise Lines International Association is the worlds largest cruise association and is dedicated to the promotion and growth of the cruise industry. CLIA is composed of 24 of the major cruise lines serving North America.

		CLIA ACC & MCC Certified Agency WMPH Vacations is ACC & MCC Certified by the Cruise Lines International Association. We have completed a rigorous curriculum of cruise sales training and have personally sailed, or inspected, a wide variety of cruise ships. CLIA recommends working with a CLIA Certified Cruise Counselor.

		Better Business Bureau & BBBOnline Reliability WMPH Vacations is a member of the Better Business Bureau, and meets all BBB membership standards. We also comply with BBBonLine standards including the Code of Online Business Practices.

		Celebrity Cruise Line Travel Agent Advisory Board As a Celebrity Cruise Line Elite Top Producer, WMPH Vacations Co-President Uf Tukel sits on the Travel Agency Advisory Board with Celebrity Executives and other Top Producing Agencies.

		Authorized Disney Vacation Planner As an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner (not an agent of the Walt Disney Company or its affiliates), WMPH Vacations is a recognized leader in planning magical vacations to the Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, and Disney Cruise Line. We also have agents who have graduated from the Disney College of Knowledge.

		Princess Commodore Certified Agency The Princess Academy is a program of advanced industry training. designed to give travel agents the vital tools and education we need to help you find the right cruise at the best price. The curriculum includes dozens of courses that cover a wide range of topics.

		Cunard Commodore Certified Agency The Cunard Academy is an advanced training program that focuses on the White Star Service and ships of the Cunard fleet. The curriculum includes dozens of courses that cover a wide range of topics.

		Celebrity Cruise Line Special Agent Certified WMPH Vacation has completed both phases of Celebrity Special Agent sales program. The academy offers an all-encompassing training package that includes tools, resources, educational opportunities, which earned us 10 CLIA credits per session.

		Royal Caribbean University of WOW WMPH Vacations has achieved Expert Level Status in Royal Caribbean's University of WOW interactive training program.

		NCL Specialists Plus Graduates WMPH Vacations has completed NCL's Specialist Plus Program, a six-week educational training program that offers expanded knowledge of the features and benefits of NCL's unique Freestyle Cruising.

		Regent Cruise Line Luxury Cruise Specialist WMPH Vacations has completed the Regent Cruise Luxury Cruise Specialist program. This comprehensive training program addresses the luxury travel market in general and the 6-star ships of Regent Cruises in particular.

		Carnival University Graduates Carnival University is a dynamic, wide-ranging seven-module training program that provides travel agents with a comprehensive overview of Carnival Cruise Line and the Fun Ship cruise experience.

		Marriott Hotel Partners In Excellence Marriott's Hotel Excellence! is a 5 module, training program that addresses generic lodging sales issues as well as the benefits and diversity of the 12 lodging choices that Marriott offers.

		Holland America Academy 5-Star Agent The HAL Academy is a program of advanced industry training designed to support travel professionals like WMPH Vacations in your quest for continuing knowledge about travel sales, the cruise industry and Holland America Line.

		Certified SandalsSpecialists A Certified Sandals Specialist specializes in Selling Sandals and Beaches Resorts and is recognized as a Sandals Expert. CSS agents have undergone extensive training through Sandals education program and have acquired up to 12 hours of product knowledge through a special Ultra Sandals Training Workshop.

		Globus & Cosmos Travel University WMPH Vacations has completed the Globus Family of Brands Travel University and is an expert aon the variety of different destinations, travel styles, and included features offered by Globus, Brennan, Cosmos, Monograms and Avalon Waterways.

		International Association of Travel Agents (IATA) IATA is an international trade body representing some 250 airlines comprising 94% of the international scheduled air traffic. The organization also represents, leads and serves the airline industry in general.

		IATAN IATAN is non-profit organization that appoints travel agencies and travel agents on behalf of its customer airlines. As a member, we are accredited as a bona fide seller of travel.
