Azamara Cruises Cancellation and Refund Policy


Cancellation Updates:
Recent updates have been made to cancellation schedules and refund guidelines for various cruise lines. Contact your Sales Agent or our Customer Service department online, via email, or by phone at 1-800-201-6937 and ask about potential opportunities for flexible cancellation policies, rebooking opportunities and other options.

Azamara Cruises' Cruise with Confidence Policy
NEW [Temporary] Policy: For any voyage sailing before 31 December 2022, you have up to 48 hours before you sail to cancel and receive 100% of the amount paid in a Future Cruise Credit to be used for a new or existing Azamara booking departing on or before 30 June 2023. The credit must be applied toward the cruise fare by 30 June 2023.

Bookings can only be changed or cancelled by you or your travel agent. A cancellation charge may apply, depending on proximity to the departure sailing date. Please see the chart below for details. Note that no refunds will be made if you fail to board the ship, fail to arrive for your Cruisetour, or must depart early from the voyage or Cruisetour for any reason.

Refunds will be made directly to your credit card if you booked through Azamara, or to your travel professional if that?s how you made and paid for your reservation. Azamara is not responsible for any refunds that your travel professional fails to reimburse. Some travel professionals impose their own charges in connection with a voyage, including a flat service fee or a value-added charge for additional amenities or services. Charges or fees imposed by your travel professional will not be included in a refund from Azamara.
